- Almost all of our products come with a verification code. You can scan the code which redirects you to the manufacturer's site acknowledging the authenticity of the specific product. Or you can also ask our staff for assistance.

Do you offer warranty on your products?
- Yes, we provide warranty for certain hardware/ Vaporizers as per the manufacturer's policy. We offer warranty claim for the following brands; OXVA and UWELL. Hence terms and conditions applied. Please check for the terms and conditions or ask in-store for details.
